Carrot chutney Recipe,


Carrot, Ginger, green chilies, fresh garlic, Jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal.

(These how much quantity you want u can add) I don’t have any measurements.


Fry (in 2 table spoon oil) Carrot separately, and fry Ginger, Greens chilies, Garlic and grind them.

Add little sugar if u want, and add tamarind paste, salt to it.

In 1 tea spoon oil fry mustard seeds, Jeera, Urad dal and curry leaves and add the grinded paste to it. That’s all.
